1. 这笔预购为你保留什么

支付一次性 50 美元可退定金后，你将获得购买一台 ROOY 硬件的资格。正式购买时，这笔定金会全额抵扣商品款。本次付款不是支付商品全款，也不会触发发货。

支付定金不代表你授权 ROOY 自动收取商品尾款。ROOY 不会为日后自动扣款而保存你的支付方式。

2. 商品价格与六折权益

商品套餐包含一台 ROOY 硬件和 1 个月 ROOY AI 订阅。每份有效预购额外赠送 1 年 ROOY AI 订阅。正式发售时，商品价格按官方售价的六折计算；已付的 50 美元定金会全额抵扣商品款。运费和税费另计，不参与折扣。

按当前公布的官方售价 299 美元计算：

预购商品总价：299 × 60% = 179.40 美元
已付定金：50 美元
商品尾款：179.40 − 50 = 129.40 美元
正式购买时应付：商品尾款 + 运费 + 税费

以上金额按当前公布的售价计算。支付尾款前，我们会列明最终金额。如果届时折后商品价低于已付定金，超出部分不会直接兑换成现金；我们会在正式购买开放前说明具体处理方式。你仍可在支付尾款前申请全额退回定金。

3. 正式购买与发货

正式购买开放时，我们会向你的预购邮箱发送通知。支付尾款前，你可以核对商品价格、收货地址、运费、税费和交付安排，再决定是否继续购买。

支付预购定金不代表产品会立即交付。产品规格、预计发售时间和支持地区可能在正式购买开放前调整。任何影响价格、权益或交付的重要变化，我们都会向你说明。

4. 如何退回定金

支付正式订单尾款前，你可以登录预购账户，申请将 50 美元定金全额退回原支付方式。退款成功后，对应的购买资格、六折优惠和定金抵扣会同时取消。

全额退款成功后，如预购仍开放且账户没有待核对的退款或争议，你可以使用同一邮箱按当时的预购条件重新下单。新订单有独立的编号与权益，原订单和退款记录会保留。

如果预购资格已经用于创建正式订单，请先取消该订单并解除资格锁定，再申请退款。如果付款争议或另一笔退款正在处理中，我们需要先核对相关记录，以免重复退款。

提交退款后，你可以在预购账户查看状态。退款通常会在银行或支付网络处理后到账。支付尾款后的退货与退款规则会在正式购买前提供，并受届时的商品政策和适用法律约束。

5. 资格与适用地区

每份预购资格仅限购买一台设备，不能转让、拆分或用于多台设备。除本条款约定的定金退款外，优惠和预购资格不能兑换现金。资格状态以核实后的付款、退款和使用记录为准。如账户状态有误，请发送邮件至 contact@rooy.ai 申请核对。

首期计划开放美国、加拿大、英国、德国、法国、奥地利、瑞士、意大利、日本、韩国、澳大利亚和新西兰。实际开放地区以预购页面显示的国家列表为准；目前不面向中国大陆。

6. 项目取消或重要变更

如果 ROOY 无法继续预购项目，我们会通知你，并将尚未抵扣正式订单的定金退回原支付方式。对于影响价格、权益或交付安排的重要变化，我们会在你支付尾款前说明。你可以按照上述退款规则取消预购。

7. 条款版本与联系

我们会记录你接受的条款版本，你可以在预购账户中查看。条款更新时会注明版本或更新日期；如有重要变化，我们会在你继续购买前说明。

本预购服务由 ROOY AI (HK) LIMITED 提供。本条款不限制适用法律赋予你的消费者权利。如有预购、退款或条款相关问题，请发送邮件至 contact@rooy.ai。正式收款前，本页将补齐适用法律和争议解决信息。

1. What your preorder reserves

A one-time, refundable USD 50 deposit gives you the right to buy one ROOY hardware unit. When you complete the purchase, the full deposit is credited toward the product price. This payment is not the full purchase price and does not trigger shipment.

Paying the deposit does not authorize ROOY to charge the remaining balance automatically. ROOY will not save your payment method for a future automatic charge.

2. Product price and your discount

The product bundle includes one ROOY hardware unit and a 1-month ROOY AI subscription. Each valid preorder includes an additional year of ROOY AI at no charge and gives you 40% off the official product price at launch. Your USD 50 deposit is credited in full toward that price. Shipping and taxes are additional and are not discounted.

Using the current published price of USD 299:

Preorder product total: USD 299 × 60% = USD 179.40
Deposit paid: USD 50
Product balance: USD 179.40 − USD 50 = USD 129.40
Due at final purchase: product balance + shipping + taxes

These amounts use the current published price. We will show the final amount before you pay the balance. If the discounted product price is lower than your deposit, the difference will not be paid directly in cash; we will explain how it will be handled before final purchase opens. You may still request a full deposit refund before paying the balance.

3. Final purchase and delivery

When final purchase opens, we will email your preorder address. Before paying the balance, you can review the product price, delivery address, shipping costs, taxes and delivery arrangements, then decide whether to continue.

Paying the preorder deposit does not promise immediate delivery. Product specifications, estimated launch timing and supported regions may change before final purchase opens. We will explain any material change that affects price, benefits or delivery.

4. Refunding your deposit

Before paying the final order balance, you may sign in to your preorder account and request a full refund of the USD 50 deposit to your original payment method. After the refund succeeds, the related purchase right, 40% discount and deposit credit are cancelled.

After a full refund succeeds, you may place a new preorder with the same email under the terms then offered, provided preorders remain open and the account has no refund or dispute awaiting review. The new order has its own number and benefits; the previous order and refund records are retained.

If your preorder is locked to a final order, cancel that order to release the preorder before requesting a refund. If a payment dispute or another refund is already in progress, we must reconcile it first to avoid a duplicate refund.

After submitting a refund request, you can check its status in your preorder account. Your bank or payment network determines when the refund appears. Returns and refunds after balance payment will follow the product policy provided before final purchase and applicable law.

5. Preorder rights and available regions

Each preorder is for one unit only and cannot be transferred, split or used for multiple units. Apart from the deposit refunds described here, the discount and preorder right cannot be exchanged for cash. Your preorder status is based on verified payment, refund and use records. If the status in your account appears incorrect, email contact@rooy.ai and ask us to review it.

Planned initial markets are the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Actual availability follows the country list shown on the preorder page. The preorder is not currently available in mainland China.

6. Cancellation or material changes

If ROOY cannot continue the preorder program, we will notify you and return any deposit that has not been credited to a final order to the original payment method. We will explain material changes to price, benefits or delivery arrangements before you pay the balance. You may cancel your preorder under the refund terms above.

7. Terms version and contact

We record the version of these terms that you accept. You can view it in your preorder account. Updated terms will show a version or revision date; we will explain material changes before you continue with a purchase.
